FEES Tuition Fees are payable in
advance commencing at the beginning of each
school term and renewable at the beginning of each Term. The standard ten week fee for year 2008 is $200.00 ($20.00 per lesson) including GST. Please note that the mid term payment in week 6 will vary depending on the number of weeks left in the term. This will be indicated by your INVOICE. The "DUE DATE" on tuition fees is within 14 days of invoice date. Fees overdue by more than 14 days will incur an additional $2.00 per week late fee. A year one off enrolment/re-enrolment fee of $22.00 will apply at the commencement of each school year or upon initial enrolment. The fee covers the cost of administering your account, school newsletters and enrolment package. The enrolment package (a basic requirement of the school) contains the Music School information booklet. a 20 page manuscript book, pencil, rubber, an exercise book and an A4 display folder (retail value $10.00) A lesson missed due to a tutors absence needs to be rescheduled as a "make-up" lesson sometime during the term or else in the holiday period. Parents/Tutors/Students organise this between themselves. It is therefore essential that all Parents/Students have there tutors contact phone number. Either ring the School or ask your tutor for this information. Unattended "make-up" lessons are not rescheduled again.
