Local attraction and entertainment abounds at
Wadeville with local musicians performing every 3rd Friday night.
Every other week is "Big CD Night" where you can join in the fun listening to your favorite LP's from yesteryear - just turn up for a listen or bring your own LP's along for everyone else to enjoy. Wadeville Woolies has a great supply of Border Ranges pamphlets and a comprehensive knowledge of the local area. You only have to ask to find about some of the great local attractions like Hanging Rock Falls and the Border Ranges Scenic Drive. The friendly staff are only too happy to give directions and advice on local attractions and amenities. Hanging Rock Falls is a favorite swimming hole and picnic area with the locals. The soothing cool clear waters are an escape from the warm summer suns. There are cliffs to jump off as well as small shallow pools for the littlies. The Border Ranges Scenic Drive is a 60kn drive where you will experience some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. The drive can be completed in 4-5 hours allowing for a leisurely pace with stops to enjoy the views, strolls in the rainforest and picnic breaks.
